Hey, guys! I hope you’re all having a beautiful day. If you’re not, I’ve got a yummy shake recipe and a Scripture to brighten your day. Let’s start with what’s most important…
Psalm 94:19 has been a wonderful blessing to me lately: In the multitude of my thoughts within me Thy comforts delight my soul. Isn’t that so beautiful? No matter how many crazy things are swirling around in our minds, we are still able to delight ourselves in the beautiful relationship we can have with God – made available to us because Jesus paid the debt we owed for our sins.
I am so blessed, so grateful, and so hungry for an ever-deepening relationship with my Lord.
Oh, that’s right… I have a recipe to share, too!
This shake is the result of a collaboration with my sweet sister Charlotte (check out her totally precious interview here). She provided the blueberry inspiration and some sweet photo ops, and I added the “cheeseshake” idea and snapped the photos.
This shake is a lovely drinkable consistency, but if you want something a little thicker, go ahead and add another ice cube. Or two. Or three.

This would make the perfect afternoon snack!
Blueberry Cheeseshake
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 doonks Pure Stevia Extract
Dash vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 ice cubes
1 tablespoon whey protein powder (I use this one)
To make:
Put all of the ingredients (except for the protein powder) in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the protein powder and blend 10-15 seconds longer.
Enjoy!
The colour of the cheeseshake is beautiful, I’m sure it’s delicious as well.

Yum! Sounds good! Could you use sugar instead of stevia? (Or would that change the amount of sweetener needed?)

Yes, I’m sure that would work! Here’s a link to a sweetener conversion chart: https://media.trimhealthymama.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2017/05/07222306/THM.Sweetener-Conversion-Chart.pdf
I would personally try 2 tablespoons of sugar to start with, and work up from there if needed.
